Courage is the ability and willingness to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty. When you have courage, you stand against all odds. Courage allows you to raise your voice when you see something going wrong. Courage confirms your bravery. It allows you to do things fearlessly.
Though destiny plays a crucial role in a man’s life, it can save you from many hazardous situations provided you have the courage to overcome them.
The motto of the house is Courage is Destiny which means, always being ready to face the task and strive for excellence. The students of Falcon House don’t always choose the path most taken. They are willing to stand apart and march according to the beat of their own drum.

We Lead to Help, Others Follow
Leadership is not just about being in the front.
It’s all about creating and nurturing leadership in others. In order to do this, Flamingo House believes that everyone is a leader. We must be inspirational so that others are motivated and are as aspirational.
When times are smooth, it is easy to take leadership decisions. However, the true test is when things are rough. It is then that we must look within ourselves and dig deep to find solutions.
We believe that leadership means service. There is power in giving- Helping, Inspiring, Motivating, Leading.
There is no single formula for success. Over the years we have realised, that some attributes of leadership are universal. It is all about bringing people together But over the years we have observed that some attributes of leadership are universal and are often about finding ways of encouraging people to combine their efforts, their talents, their insights, their enthusiasm and their inspiration to work together.

Kingfisher House is characterised by its determination and steadfastness.
Though we may be dreamers, we never give up on our dreams no matter the odds. We do not fear the unknown and are not afraid of failure. Instead, we are willing to be patient and wait until the time is right.
Never allow the fear of the unknown to stop you, don’t be impulsive, be patient and willing to wait until opportunity knocks.
Everyone in Kingfisher House is always optimistic with a sharp eye on the future. Life’s journey is not always smooth. But if we are determined and take giant strides, we will see a great transformation.
Always remember that the journey of life is not smooth; failure is part of it and we should learn from them.

Life gives us experiences to learn from.
Learning helps us to process information, form opinions and allow us to be special. We in MACAW House believe that we learn from our experiences and apply the knowledge that we have acquired to make better decisions. We believe that life constantly changes and evolves in different terms. And we must learn how to respond. Our House is committed to growth.
We have the courage to take risks and the faith and strength to learn from mistakes. We know and understand that its not how many times you fall, but getting up again.
We believe in the pursuit of wisdom. There are 3 ways-
FIRST: By reflection, which is noblest;
SECOND: By imitation, which is easiest;
THIRD: By experience, which is the bitterest.
It is our duty to share with others what we have learnt.
